What size drawings do you offer?
I currently offer 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, and 18x24 size drawings.
How long does it take for you to draw a portrait?
A typical portrait drawing usually takes about a week to finish. Depending on the amount of orders, this can be longer. Contact me for a specific time frame. If you need it by a certain date, I can usually work with you to make sure your artwork arrives on time.
What size photograph do you need?
I like to work off of either a 4x6 or 5x7 picture.
Can I e-mail my photo to you?
Sure! As long as the quality and resolution of the scan is good, there is no problem with you e-mailing your photo to me. After I receive your photograph, I would examine it to make sure I can use it. If there is a problem, you can mail your photo to me instead.
What are your charcoals drawn on?
My charcoals are drawn on high quality archival paper that is guaranteed to last forever without fading or yellowing. The paper I use is typically used for watercolor paintings. I like the texture that it brings to my work and it adds a unique quality that other artists do not offer. Plus, the paper is thicker and more durable then regular charcoal paper. Charcoal paper has a tendency to be thin and easily torn.
Will I get my photograph back?
Yes! Your photo will be sent back to you when you receive your artwork. I use a copy of your photo to draw with, so your original picture will be returned just as I received it.
How do you ship your artwork?
All of my artwork is shipped through USPS Priority. My charcoals are shipped with signature confirmation so that they are not left outside or exposed to inclement weather. They are placed in an archival, acid-free acetate bag, with a cardboard support, and a heavy plastic, waterproof envelope.
How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on the artwork that is being shipped. Please contact me for a custom quote on shipping for your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
I prefer Paypal, but I also accept money orders. You can order your own custom portrait or name wall art right on this site on the Order Now page.
